Having been raised by a severely hearing-impaired mother and often being referred to as: “my little ears”, bestowed me the importance of being a good listener. It also offered me insight into both the kindness and the impatience that people can demonstrate, when unfamiliar in dealing with those who are struggling with ailments.

My years of working in the cosmetic industry taught me the incredible power of touch and this awareness has only been reinforced through my education and work with Emotion Focused Therapy.

Previously a counsellor in a mental health and correctional settings, with diverse experience in education, advanced mental health skills, commitment to lifelong learning, steadfast optimism and extensive life experience, coupled with a strong work ethic, ensure optimal client outcomes.

Granted an immense love of life, a diverse work/life history and above all the absolute privilege of being a mother, began a life path to offering support to individuals who were struggling in life. It is my mission to share my work, offering a chance for happiness and well-being to those with whom, I have the honour to work.
